LACEA's Urban Economics Network was established in 2019 and  seeks to promote participation and excellence in academic research in urban and regional economics. This initiative is aimed at increasing the exposure to urban issues to economists whose research is focused on the Latin American region and attend LACEA regularly.

Job Market Showcase

LACEA and RIDGE will have on October 25-26 2021, the First Annual Job Market Showcase (JMS). The JMS is intended to highlight the best work being done by LAC PhD students going to the job market that year as well as that being done by job market PhD students from anywhere working on LAC-related issues.
