If you have already received an e-mail message
saying that your paper has been accepted for presentation at the
9th Meeting of LACEA at the Universidad de Costa Rica,
November, 4-6, 2004, you need to register.
In order for the Meeting's program to be properly arranged you must
be registered by September 20th, 2004.
