The Program Committee invites submissions in any area of economics from researchers around the world who are interested in issues relevant to Latin America. Both theoretical and empirical contributions will be considered.

Papers on topics in: Institutional Economics, Economic Integration, Environmental and Natural Economics, Social and Cultural Economics, and the Management of Macroeconomic Crises are particularly welcome.

Abstracts and finished papers are due by May 30, 2004
